Fat-free, sugar free Chocolate Fudge JELL-O pudding. It's the kind that comes powdered in a little box, and as long as you add skim milk (instead of half-and-half as I am known to do), it's completely fat free. I also like to add some fat-free Cool Whip to make it more Special Treat-like. I've had these before and they are amazing but I had NOOO idea you could cook them in the microwave!! Whattt. That's like instant brownies!! My fave dessert is obvi cupcakes, but I also love chocolate mousse. And if we want to talk healthy(er), Weight Watchers fudge bars and ice cream sandwiches are acutally kind of fabulous. Wow. I just said way too much about desserts...and could say a WHOLE lot more. But I'll stop.
